The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certificate (IICRC) is an independent, non-profit certification body that promotes advances in technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry. IICRC certification is based upon successful completion of courses in which the curriculum follows industry standards for that category as well as achieving a passing grade on a standardized exam. Our technicians are not only IICRC certified but some have achieved Master Cleaning Technician or Master Restoration Technician Certification. The owner and operator of Diablo Steam Way has received both Master certifications, making him one of very few individuals with this distinction. Once certification is achieved, registrants must earn continuing education credits to maintain their certification. This assure our customers that the technicians cleaning or restoring your carpets are well-trained to current industry standards.
