Diablo Steam Way's 8 Step Cleaning Procedure:

1. COMMUNICATION - Prior to the cleaning process, the customer is provided literature about the cleaning process and an estimate for the cost of cleaning. We urge our customers to become informed and ask question about our process to avoid any confusion later.

2. PREINSPECTION - Before starting the cleaning process, the carpet is thoroughly inspected, paying close attention to any special concern areas.

3. PRECONDITIONING - Specially formulated cleaning reagents are applied to break down soils and oils to assure maximum removal. Agitation is preformed as needed.
