We provide water damage restoration services for small to medium sized water leakage. Generally, the source of the water should be resolved prior to our arrival to the work site. Upon arrival our procedures includes extracting water utilizing our Powermatic Legacy 2100, disengaging the carpeting, removing wet carpet padding, and installing turbo dryers and dehumidfiers. Additionally, we apply reagent(s) to all recently damaged areas (within 72 hrs) to eliminate any microbial growth and odor problems. Following the drying phase, new carpet padding and the original carpeting is installed. We complete the restoration process by utilizing our cleaning procedure and our Hot Water 'Steam Cleaning' Extraction System to clean all fabric that was affected by the water damage.
